You are asking your customers to wear gloves why ? Gloves need to be put onto clean hands and you need training to don and duff them. If the cashier is wearing them they will need to be changed between customers and disposed of in a safe manner.

Fuel is always slightly cheaper than other garage, long opening hours. Has a great little selection of non-motoring items including several sweets I can't find anywhere else locally.

Always have better the BP across the road. Staff are always friendly

The member of staff behind the counter was miserable and disrespectful. Site looks quite well presented at a passing glance, but upon looking closer, the main building looks dilapidated and uninviting. The owner clearly doesn't put money into maintaining the building thus one can only assume corners are cut elsewhere too.

Previously ordered some goods on Amazon and, as the usual post office wasn't an option at the time, I decided to have it delivered here due to the late opening time. Amazon decided to split this order into 5 parcels. One reasonably sized parcel and four smaller ones (mostly cardboard 'envelopes')

Upon arrival and confirmation of my name, I was then berated for having ordered 5 parcels, despite having no control over how Amazon chooses to dispatch my order. And was told by the man behind the counter to "never order here again", a message reportedly passed on from the owner. As customers had been "tripping over the parcels all day". In other words, this member of staff was heavily implying that they don't store things safely thus your safety may be a risk when visiting this site. Likewise, your parcels may be damaged (as mine were) if they're delivered here.

If you haven't got the space to provide a service, then said service shouldn't be offered, plain and simple. You accepted my parcels despite "not having room". Your revenue and your legal risks are not my responsibility, nor problem, nor do I care about the issues you make for yourself. God forbid 5 different people order a parcel each to this location.

Likewise, the hostile 'advice' could've been given in a much friendlier tone and I wouldn't have minded. Absolutely disgusting service, first and last visit, that much is for sure.

If you're in the area and need fuel, I'd seek the nearby Derby Road Garage (Shell) over in Annesley. The main building is much more presentable, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The whole experience there far surpasses that of Green Service Station

I've used this place on many occasions, but today the fuel delivery was painfully slow, but the counter was as fast as usual. I asked the chap using the other side of the pump if this was the case for him and he confirmed it was.

I have never paid as much for half a tank of fuel in all the years of owning the car, this may be a coincidence, but I paid 50% more than expected. Left me quite confused as to delivery speed, cost, price ticker on the pump
