Awful customer service, I lost an item in the vac machine (my own fault, accidents happen). Should've been a simple case of unlocking the machine and getting it back, was told I would need to leave my details with the manager and he would call me back, it has been 10 days and I still haven't heard from the manager. I've been back on 3 separate occasions and left my details each time. Still no contact. Staff on site tried really hard to help by calling the manager. Each time they have been told to tell me to wait. It's a shame because it's my closest store but the managers attitude has really put me off going back.

I would not give this a star!!!! Me and my sister went in the shop to get a scratch card and two drinks.. My sister asked the girl behind the desk (Indian or Pakistani, over weight.. Long black hair) for a scratch card.. Number 1 when she actually wanted a number 7 but got it mistaken because the numbers look similar.. The girl said because she had scanned it my sister had to pay the money.. My sister said I'm sorry but I don't have 5 pound I was mistaken I just wanted a one pound card and can you switch.. She said no you have to pay for it (my sister worked as a manager in a co-op for years and knows if the customer has not paid for a scratch card it can be put back) the scratch card was never even in my sisters hands.. She then locked me my sister and a random person buying petrol in the shop and wouldn't let us leave and tried to force us to pay.. I managed to tell her I was going to the cash point so she would open the door then my sister paid for the drinks and we left knowing full well we had done nothing wrong ... (If u ask for a bottle of brandy and they scan it and u say oops no sorry I mean a bottle of JD they won't charge u for te brandy) she was bang out of order and has no clue what she was doing.. As we left she shouted in a threatening manner I no your name and where you live .. This girl needs firering!!!!

Dishonest / Under handing / Misleading Garage. Brought sweets and chocolate from here then got to the till and the amount was different to what was stated on labels, stated this to the worked and his excuse was it’s Xmas that’s why they are more expensive, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong? I said I’m aware it Xmas but your being a bit under handing by changing the prices on the till and not on the labels in the shop. It was £1 difference which if you have 500 of them in a day it’s a nice earner. I don’t mind paying more for Xmas that’s not the issue but be straight and put the real prices on your items. I’m sure if they where reducing an item it would be flashing I bright colours and next to the till so they can ask if you want them, this is no mistake they are a greedy sneaky garage that has been caught out in the past with various other tac ticks.

Expensive in comparision to other alternatives in the area but nice staff and convenient place to fill your tank quickly and or buy something in the little shop...

Went get a gas bottle top up but cashier didn't have the keys for the cage. Said I'd have to wait for the manager to come tomorrow. Poor customer service.

Please get rid of the rats infesting your bin area. They are a risk to health and other animals. This needs addressing urgently.

I walked my dog tonight on a loose lead, he went behind the bin area and came out with a rat in his mouth. This needs sorting immediately.

Open 24 hours, staff are generally very friendly.
