My car broke down at this Garage and the teller whilst at first was a little unhelpful then saw how frustrated I was getting and made me a cup of tea and gave me a snack. He was ending his shift and doing a stock take at the time hence his distraction but he came through in the end and it changed my mood so thanks mate, good on ya.

I popped in here for a bottle of tonic water with my dog - I now appreciate they don't allow dogs (no signage to state this). However, I learnt this the hard way: the service assistant asked me why I had brought my dog inside: I apologised. The next thing i knew: the manager had appeared and started to threaten me which was unbelievably bizarre and out of context. I asked him if we could talk - and he agreed to come and talk outside having refused to do so inside. He then faced me off and offered me to fight off the forecourt! He started to roll up his sleaves and walked off. I apologised for any misunderstanding but this didn't help. He still wanted to have a fight away from the cameras if the petrol station! He told me that if I left, he would fight me. I realised I couldn't leave safely and to avoid being attacked I had to call the police. I think he then realised how threatening he was being and he retreated back inside. I finally managed to leave without being attacked but ask the question - what on earth??!

This guy is dangerous and I'll be reporting to BP. I've never seen anything like it.

I have been using the garage for last few years and the staff really friendly and specially the person who works during the day always friendly
Today I went to get my electricity and this guy in front of me having his bicycle inside the shop and staff member ask him to put the bike out side and this guy start swearing at him so bad and even staff try to explain and he was having non of it !
Then another guy behind me start talking to this person and told him to move his bike and not to swear at the staff !
I felt for the guy behind the till ! He was actually looked shocked ! I don’t think anyone would be treated like this ! Best thing is to put some signs up for people who doesn’t have common sense

Terrible, £4 (second option) for no wax, no rinse just spread the dirt on it. Rollers barely touching the car only noticable once dried and miles away. Avoid.

Went into BP this morning at 02.15 had already got 4 bars on petrol and just lifted the model to put in and within a few seconds it had put 53.00 in no way did this happen it only went up 3 bars complained but I felt horrible for the man taking money becouse I refused to sign a piece of paper saying I would pay and Not letting him keep my driving licence he said he would have to pay it so I left but went back to pay so I'm complaining this way and I will also be complaining to bp by rights the pump should be out of service until they get to check it

Disgusting paid £5 for carwash...no foam showed attendent his answer ive sold 10 already. Showed him dirt and dust still on my car absolutely no interest at all .

Terrible person behind the petrol station with a very bad and aggressive character, this Indian or Pakistani national clerk who had yesterday 15th June 2021 working at 07.30 am. Very aggressive and violent man kicked me out of the toilet after the back door was open and many people were going in and out of that door. This type of person should not live among humans and should attend education and relationship classes with other human beings. I don't recommend stopping at this Exeter BP petrol station.
