Not very polite staff, toilets were disgusting and filfy, no had wash nor paper towels , blow dryer was not working, Costa coffee machine was dirty , wipe your feet upon leaving and have hand cleaner with you

They have put there price of diesel up to £1.77 from around £1.57 in just a couple of days. All other stations in the area are cheaper by around 10p at least. Clearly profiteering from the crisis abroad. Shame on them.

Got lots of food drink groceries plus what you expect at fuel garage polite people

Terrible service unfriendly staff at counter no sweetner at the costas machine very dirty at the costas machine as well. Will NOT visit that BP again wanted fuel but because of lack of friendlyness etc... at shop we decided to not fill up at the station

The staff need a customer service course, they are miserable and unfriendly. If u don’t like your job get another one!! There’s no need to be rude, good manners cost nothing, the man I dealt with yesterday around 3:30pm was the most miserable human being I have ever come across and the older gentleman, I’m guessing the manager, is no better. You can’t be like this in a customer service role it’s diabolical behaviour! I have been using this garage for 30 years and it used to be a friendly garage but current owners have ruined it! Well I’ve had enough of the staffs attitude in this garage. It’s a bit further to go but will be using the shell in Towcester from now on the staff there are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. The BP garage could learn a lot from them. I fill my mums car up up for her too so just lost 2 customers.

Update, charging more for petrol than other BPs I. The area, also had several people on our village page that food is too expensive, out of date and gone bad.

Standard petrol station experience - fuel, reasonable shop. Things are generally a bit more expensive than a typical shop - but this seems to be standard practice all petrol stations (BP, or otherwise). Jet wash takes coins which is annoying.

Has a cash machine and amazon locker on site, which is useful.

Open 24hrs.

Get fuel ANYWHERE else! They have taken advantage of the current situation and increased the price of fuel exorbitantly- diesel tonight is 144p/l. The customer service is terrible and unfriendly. Would avoid if possible.

Very expensive for an A road fuel station.
A budgens is situated inside so that you can wait twice as long for fuel while Doris does a spot of shopping,
