It seams ok but there seamed to be staff training today

Wish there was an option to give 0 star. Just got fuel from this place. Asked colleague (A tall lad) if he would like me to use the window to pay or should I come Inside and his answer was why you pointing at me like I am a dog. I am an extremely a polite guy and always give due respect to people working behind the tills. His attitude stank. Visited this place 29/11 11:05pm.
He kept on going and I had to just finish the conversation and leave the place. It was totally uncalled for, he was all ready to have a full on fight. I will be writing to Shell to address this.

I was on my way back from spending the evening in hospital when i pulled into the garage at 11pm. I had no idea it shut at 11pm but it was open and i put the petrol in my car. As it was late I did not know whether to go to the window or through the shop so i tried to ask as i was walking over and the man serving (young, tall, ginger) ignored me. I went into the shop and apologised that I wasnt sure what window to go to and he said “we shut at 11pm” i said oh sorry what is the time and he said “11:02pm”. I said sorry, paid and walked off and asked him why he was being so rude. His response was that i had pointed at him and i was rude. I literally just came out of hospital driving home and I had to go back in the morning so i needed fuel (bank holiday). To be spoken to like that from someone especially when I apologised several times. It doesnt hurt to be kind to people even if it does mean your shift over ran by 2 mins. Shame on you.

Misleading prices displayed. Difficult to see that you will be charged much more than displayed on roadside signage unless you know their system.

The night shift guy is a bit behind 🤯

tell your rude surly employee who had the night shift yesterday (8/22/22) that if he doesn't like people he shouldn't take a job where he has contact with people. moreover, it's not the first time that the car will strike 22pm and he locks the door, he hides in the back room and pretends he's gone. I go there practically every day and I had trouble with him many times.

Toilet in a disgusting state, no toilet roll. Having queued to ask the cashier for toilet roll, he refused to get it until he'd served the whole queue behind me.

Hugely disappointed with the price of v power diesel £1.68 a litre!!
Absolute robbery they should be ashamed cashing in on the fuel shortage!
we have had bad times with not being able to work because of lockdowns and now we are stumbling back up on our feet we are having inflated fuel prices!
An absolute insult to all you working guys!!
Never again!

What a miserable cashier that was. We had few sandwiches and late night small shopping right after balloon festival around 11pm and the cashier was the worst I have seen. felt like someone was forcing him to be there. Wont explain in detail but these guys should not be in the retail if they have no clue how to serve a customer or how to answer a question.
