Rang up to find out more information about the car wash they have might as well have not even bothered very unhelpful and rude. Ask what the managers name was would even tell me asked for his name wouldn’t even tell me. The guy didn’t even know anything about the car wash and then eventually after not answering any of my questions and continued to talk over me told me that the managers name is Donna. Which I bet that isn’t even true. If Donna is the manager she needs to sort this place out. Will never use this garage again what a joke.

Recently moved to the area and this is now our closest garage. The employees are absolutely lovely, really helpful and showed me how to get the most from the Shell Plus app. Great to grab lunch and a coffee on the way to work, thanks all!

Had to visit Shell garage/Co-op in Barton Seagrave unexpectedly today & I just had to write this review. The staff there were so lovely & got me out of a sticky situation! Richard & his boss were so helpful, they went above & beyond to help me on such a hot day. I would’ve been in a mess without them. Thanks so much guys, so appreciated. 🙏🏼

Have been a customer here for many years. Due to experience that I had yesterday won't be using this station again. Also advise all motorbikers to avoid like the plague, as they aren't biker friendly, especially discriminate against disabled bikers

Pleasant garage very clean well maintained fuel pump,Forecourt and the shop. One of the cleanest petrol stations in the county. Store have no automatic door .

Very disappointed as we have been using this garage for years. Over the weekend we tried to use the hoover and unfortunately it took the money but didn’t work. My husband approached the lady in the shop who advised she could do nothing but she issued a credit note and told him to go back the following day. We did this as still needed the car hoovering. When he approached the counter in the kiosk another lady in there was obviously irritated that a credit note had been issued saying this should not have been done and she would take it out the workers wages😡. So are you telling me that the machine can just take our money and there is nothing that can be done. I disagree if the machine is in your forecourt you are responsible for it if it is not working. Shame on you for taking money out of staff wages.

This is a fairly plain petrol station, where you can buy snacks and drinks aswell fuel, disappointing factor was, there was no cash machine and they don't do cash back.
Customer service was great.

Great staff at the garage, always looks clean and tidy i never go anywhere else as luv shell brand of petrol:) plus amazon locker on site.
