Only there for a pit stop, and usage of the toilet facilities.
These have improved dramatically, since my time as a Private Hire coach hire driver.
The car parks could do with being upgraded, but, as it's the only major service station, in that area, there wouldn't be a chance to close it down, to allow groundworks.
Needs more hand-dryers, as out of 2 available, only 1 was working, in the Gents.

Worst service from Burger King staff I’ve ever received. Food dumped on counter from 1 member of staff no order number given. When no one calmed food staff member was forced to yell order number it was done with total disrespect as if it was beneath her. When asked for napkins was told don’t have any when pointed out on counter behind her was told with extreme anger to get out. Short curly hair woman with glasses really needs a course in customer service as this was totally unacceptable.

Very disappointed at how dirty the petrol pumps are. Also seem to be in bad repair. This is a major service station and should be presented better to improve customer experience. BP and the station are making enough to improve this depressing area!!
Main services area is great though but again let down by lack of maintenance on the car park and roads.

Great walks for the dog's. Toilets are lovely and clean.
Bad points tight gap get into car park

one thing having a width restriction in place with high kerbs etc.. scary enough. but it's another when you've got a huge pothole in a perfect position to guarantee a kerbed alloy. made even worse by the fact i was practically at a snails pace trying to get through. URGHH

Car park is closed (early Dec 2022), looks like resurfacing work. No signage to alternative parking, bit a a challenge in the dark. Just follow the sign to truck park and bear right.

It's functional.
For sure, the road surfaces need attention, it's been like that for years, even decades, that is poor management.
Added bonus though is the limited but good spectrum of eats and drinks.
Love that M&S has chilled wine and fizz, just ready to open when you get to your holiday cottage or chalet. It's got click and collect too.
I feel for the Gregg's staff, working in an outside pod especially in the Scottish weather, they're tough, hopefully kept warm by the ovens.
Costas coffee is as expected.
Get in, use the facilities and get on with your journey in beautiful Scotland.

Everything is a bit cramped in here although a good selection of shops. Parking is a bit of a riot but handy all the same.
