Not happy at all, this morning we bought two coffees and a bottle of water from there. On our way out my daughter asked me why I paid for the water, as it should be free, because there was an offer on the machine "for each coffee you get free bottle of water". and we haven't been said at the counter that there is a free bottle of water for each bought coffee. I asked the shop assistant why we haven't been told for the offer, the answer we had was"You didn't ask" and there was a laugh at my face. I don't think that it's laughable at all! Disgusting! What kind of staff will laugh at you???

This place was useless. I was in Cardiff for a visit having just arrived In the city. I had no £ only Canadian $.

My rental vehicle was in desperate need for air in 1 tire. I saw the station and figured my problem would be sorted.

OK it was going to be 50p to put 15lb of air in my tire. Annoying but I was desperate. I went in to the store expecting to buy something and get an extra 50p so I could use the compressor. Nope can’t give cash back and would not turn on the machine so I could safely continue my journey.

This station gave Esso a bad name. Unfortunately I had to give it 1 star because no stars was not an option.

I won’t be filling up with gas at this station during my time In Cardiff. The male attendant working Sunday July 22, 2019 at 9:30 pm needs a lesson in customer service!

Terrible customer service, very rude. Prices were more expensive then advatised and staff were rude when questioned.

A bit more expensive inside but fuel prices are normally quite good

Very nice deals and very very nice staff ,very helpful.
Very clean shop inside and Costa machine has nice taste and very clean .
Superb staff

They aren't happy when you claim scratchcards and tell you to wait until all other customers are gone until they do them
