Friendly staff, open 24 hours but you pay big money for that privilege even if you call in there during core hours. Fuel and shop items are much much more expensive than Tesco Extra Pengam Green 24hr less than 1 mile away or from Morrisons 8am - 8pm approx 400 yards away on opposite side of Newport Road.

Good service polite and friendly too. Not much else to say oh yea also they have cash point

Refused to cash out the Go+ app voucher. Poor service every time I've been there. Otherwise typical Shell setting.

Generally clean and tidy, generally friendly staff.

Put £40 of fuel in, been charged twice,£80 in total.Now won't be refunded,been there several times,will not refund me despite proof!
Don't use credit cards in this garage .

Tw letters off motorfuel group saying I'd be pad 40 pounds,14 th August still nothing,do not use credit card at shell , you'll be charged twice

I always put shell petrol in Newport road and I seen every time colleagues is using phone and they put earphones than talk while store is busy

My car would not start this morning at 6am after getting petrol. Could not fault the man that worked there. Very kind. Very helpful. Great customer service 10/10. Thankyou for your help x
