As for a quick truck stop, 15, 30 or 45 minute break, this place is a cracker. Prices are excellent and there's always a bargain on offer. Toilets are a bit outdated and the maintenance and cleanliness of them is sometimes alarming, but they could be good with dedicated employees who have an element of pride about the place.

Karen(actual name) at the till refused to sell my 10 year old Grandson a Vodafone Top up .. is this a thing ? Then when I told her it was my Grandson then the Vodafone top up wasn't working - conveniently for her as she was undecided if it was an actual thing ;)

Having just visited for the first time to use the pressure washer and grab a coffee, I was sitting inside enjoying my coffee when a staff member came over and asked if I was driving a particular van parked outside to which I replied I was. She then handed me my mobile phone that was dropped on the forecourt, handed in by a member of the public and the female staff member went out of her way to find it's owner. A huge thank you goes out to both people involved and in future I will not be passing this particular service station as after this, they deserve my business! The washer & the coffee were top notch!

Good garage lots of choice has burger king, subway, greggs outlets as well as a new cinnabon . Good shop parking is OK. Starbucks near by

Just wanted to acknowledge a an excellent member of your team-I think her name was Alice & say how much we appreciated her kindness. We broke down on the way to the ferry in the freezing cold last night (Wednesday 14 Dec) & were stranded with our 8 year old daughter for a number of hours. Alice was so helpful, kind & friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we were ok. It’s great to come across someone like this & restored my faith in the kindness of individuals. She is an asset to your business. We’ll definitely stop off on future journeys.

Completely unable to match shelf price to till price. I'm in there most days and they rarely fail to fail.
