Morrisons Petrol Station

Located directly opposite the main supermarket and close the the main road. It's a fairly large filling station with the addition of a pressure car wash. The shop offers a selection of products including sandwiches and cold drinks. Fuel pricing is competitive as are the shop products. There are not toilets in the shop but there are in the main supermarket just a short distance away.

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!!

I came into your garage at 2.15pm on Tuesday 24th November to buy some tobacco. I got the the front of the long queue only to realise i had not transferred money to my cards account so told the lady this and was asked to step aside which i did. It only took me 30 seconds to do and i re approached the counter to pay for what was already on the counter for me. A man who was next in line approached the counter and i told him i was just paying for something the cashier had on the counter for me. He said back of the line is there pal. I didn't want to create a fuss as i struggle with chronic anxiety and didn't want to be centre of attention in the shop so I joined the back of the queue for the second time. I am of total disbelief that the cashier who dealt with me just seconds ago did not say to the man who told me to get to the back of the queue that i had already queued and was next in line. Hugely inconsiderate and a massive display of I don't care, which I would expect better from a company like Morrisons. Totally disgusted with my experience today from the older lady of the two working.

I will not be revisiting again and this lady is not fit to fly the flag for your company

Went to get a car wash. Couldn't get it to work ( our fault, wrong code!) but a lovely lady staff member helped us out. Thank you. 03/01/21 am.

Can get very busy at peak times.
Usually one of cheapest stations around town.
Plenty of space to manoeuvre if vehicles are staggered.
Reasonably effective car wash.
Sometimes money off vouchers for doing medium or larger food shopping trips to main store.

Making the most of the rise in fuel prices. At one time they used to encourage trade by selling cheapest fuel in the area.

Popped in for a sandwich and a few snacks for a car journey. Wasn’t to busy, team were friendly, coffee machine.

If you've just done your shopping then this is conveniently placed to fill up before you go home, or just pop in and fill up anyway. Seem competitive prices, most petrol stations in the area seem to be within one or two pence of each other.

Called in to buy food for work today filled up with fuel and they accept all star fuel cards the petrol station is immaculate and the staff very helpful
