Avoid engine problems!!! Fake petrol!!! Rude staff!!!

I always use to go to Tesco and top up the petrol with Redex...but today I try BP just because I was expecting high quality...

Conclusion:

The petrol refills so slow...after 2 litres I just give up! I have no time to waste!

And with just 2 litres when I start to run the car I realize that something was wrong because he just started to shake!

For the first time I listen noises from the engine...strange because my car is nearly new, have new long life spark plugs and no issues have been reported on the results of the car diagnostics on last week!

I refill the remaining tank on Tesco and now the car is ok...but when I arrived to Tesco and opened the fuel cap to start to refill...was a lots of air coming from inside with a strange smell!

If you love your car and your money...please don't go to BP! Go to Tesco and if you want a best performance top up with Redex!

Tesco petrol station 4ever!

Walked in got told to get out I then ask why he then said i have stollen wine couple days before. And got into a blue car I then offered my regression plate number to show it wasn't me then the manager locked me in most disappointing and disrespectful petrol station I have ever been into #prick

Poor customer service. The lady in front of me had an issue with the air machine outside, it had let all the air out and not pumped any air in. The guy behind the till told he she had a flat tyre and there was nothing he could do. He showed no willingness to help, sympathy or offer a refund on the machine cost. I went and used my manual foot pump to get her going.

After reading other comments on facebook and google, I will avoid this place at all costs going forward. It's also the most expensive fuel in Chepstow.

I visit this garage often to buy fuel but this evening went to collect a Nespresso order. I showed the man the barcode for collection, he then said come here signalling me to come behind the counter. There were parcels scattered all over the floor, he said which one yours which one yours. I said i thought you just needed the barcode, but he didn't seem to understand. He asked what my name was, i told him and that him it was Nespresso. He just kept picking parcels up mostly from Very, shoving them in my face and saying 'this yours?' then flinging them back when i said no. I eventually spotted it across the other end of the shop, he scanned it and the bar code then completely ignored me while he served two other customers that had since arrived before handing me my parcel. I am still in shock at how rude this man was and will never be using this service again

Magic button on the till.. 3 of the 4 items purchased all incorrect prices. Charged me double for 4 cans of cider, then got angry when I questioned. Obviously walked out with my cash and purchases and bruised the chaps ego - caution, rip off!

Dear BP. Only 1% of the people in Chepstow have Indian family names. But 50% of your reviews are from people with Indian names - mostly variants on "Reddy" - and all giving 5 stars!! Does Mr Reddy happen to be involved in running this petrol station by any chance?

Massive i.e. £5 Billion pounds profit in 1st quarter of 2022..yet 10 p / litre more here than Bristol...
Meanwhile people turn off heating and stop driving their cars and Ukraine is pounded by Russia funded by Oil and Gas sales. Oh yes and the Car wash was out of order..again.

Forgot my purse one day after fuelling and instead of taking my details and allowing me to come back later, the guy INSISTED upon taking my mobile phone!! 🤔😒 Needless to say that didn't wash with me. Also only one member of staff seems to be able to use the Pay Point till for utilities, if he's not working they'll tell you "the machine isnt working" 😒 Staff are mostly rude and disinterested in customers, more concerned with their phones & chatting to their family in Pakistan! AVOID.
