Continental Service Station MOT and Service Centre

Been there quite a few time with different things on the car. Service MOT and tyres start of the year and this time just a drop in as a tyre was flat and I couldn’t see why. The guys were amazingly helpful someone came out of the workshop had a look. Wheel off and everything. They found the issue quickly and fixed it so no additional cost. Amazing! Always willing to accommodate, friendly, quick and most importantly, quality service! Thanks guys! See you for the break pads!!

Tried charging for unauthorised work. I was told that they had called me on my mobile and they had spoken to a woman who authorised the work. I don't sound like a woman and was told that I was lying when I challenged this. I was also told I was lying when I collected my car despite offering to show them my call history but they refused as they knew they were in the wrong.

This review has come about because I responded to a post in a local Facebook group asking for recommendations for local garage services. I replied with a brief description of my experience above within the Facebook group rules. I was then kicked out of the Facebook group and banned before I'd had the opportunity to reply to the company directly. It would appear that negative feedback for this company is unacceptable.

Great service as they were short staffed fixed my issue same day car. Runs great.

Reasonably priced for an MOT on my van and not a bad price on tyres also.
