Waited patiently for the car in front of me to put in & pay for his diesel as the pumps in front were taped off, when it was my turn i picked up the unleaded pump & waited for it to be activated, despite the woman looking over at me twice nothing happened so I put that one back & tried the other unleaded one, this time she didn't even look over so eventually I went in & asked her to please activate it, she replied "oh I don't think it's working, try over the other side". Needless to say, I left.

Good pricing and plenty of choice in the shop there

Would definitely not recommend, appalling service. The boy working behind the counter had the audacity to start shouting, swearing and repeatedly slamming his hands on the counter at my partner in an intimidating manner to the point she was in tears because HE misheard her pump number and incorrectly charged her.

He is clearly incompetent at his job as he was unable to simply refund the sale and charge the correct amount.

This event happened in front of a queue of customers who confirmed that my partner clearly said the correct pump number. The plot thickened as the boy disclosed that he had actually made the same mistake previously that same day (16/11/22).

The solution proposed by the member of staff was that the customer behind whose pump my partner had mistakenly paid for had to transfer the amount to my partner. I find this wholly unethical and potentially illegal under money laundering laws.

I would like to make a formal complaint that is fully investigated against this individual. Working at 6:45 pm at the neath road, morriston, Glamorgan, Swansea, SA6 8EF location. Please respond to this review detailing what will be done to address this situation. What happened was wholly unacceptable and needs to be addressed formally and disciplinary action taken.

My partner regularly used this location and will not be returning.

If I do not receive a response I will be looking to reach out to your licensing partners and trading standards.

My name is Cath and i work in a care home. 3 weeks ago i had a really bad day at work and was upset. James the lovely young gentleman that works there asked me if i was ok. I replied yes but instantly burst into tears and he immediately came out from behind the counter to give me a cwtch. He made sure i was ok before I left and I can never thank him enough for the care he showed me. All members of staff have always been polite and funny!!!
So James and Sue and all the other staff thank you I love you and I'll see you soon xx

Slightly disappointed with the screen wash. Paid money via card and no screen wash came out. Garage says they only rent the space. Apart from that they have a wide range of products in store and friendly staff.

Lovely community run store thinking of those less fortunate than them with their customers support. A charity i support benefits for the planning and generosity of applegreen in Swansea and the customers that use the stores. Thanks!

Great service you don't need to go into the building you can pay through the sliding draw system by the till from outside so you don't have to put a mask on to pay for the fuel you bought.

Twice now come across leaking diesel nozzles. Hand's covered with the stuff only to find no paper towels.
