The air machine was not working properly. The first 2 min at all and you are not able to pump your tires. You have 30 sec left after. So you need to keep adding money. Again and again. And no guarantee that job will be done.

There was a car parked in front of the Air machine as well, which I believe it is not supposed to be there, because you are not able to use it.

Staff on the site said they can do nothing to help me, so basically no refund, no help, not a single solution to my problem.
I was lucky to have a foot pump in my car to pump my tires, but what about the other people which will try to use it?

Quite disappointed and will not use it again. The staff on site is not able to solve any issues.
To the management:
Please remove the air machine or fix it.
It is misleading to continue offer the service as it is, as you are charging the people for a service you are not able to provide!

P. S. No one ever explained to me about the black tire button or pointed out this to me!
I am expressing my own opinion.
And I leave bad reviews very very rare, only when there is a reason for this - people have right to know!
Someone from the staff left a review here accusing me of lying - this is totally unacceptable! I left hundreds of reviews and always trying to be realistic about my experience.
You need to face it when the customers are not happy and learn from this, not accusing them. You can learn even from the negative feedback and prevent it in the future!

Found cheaper petrol than Ystrad road. Not kean on Asda service station even though it's cheaper because will not accept cash no-one to pay or man the station.

The most expensive garage in the Rhondda to buy fuel, I would stay clear of this place. It's over 20p more expensive for a litre of fuel, than near by stations. Absolutely exploiting customers

Well stocked shop. Pity fuel was way too expensive. Nearly 20 pence per litre more expensive than other local forecourt

Great place for rolls etc and crisps you don't normally see anywhere else. No idea about petrol, I don't drive lol. Great staff

These guys have a very interesting selection of both American and Japanese foods. It really surprised me upon visiting.
