If your using this garage for a Hermes drop off, don’t bother! This is no fault of Hermes. I had 2 parcels but she would only take 1. She said she didn’t have room and to come back tomorrow. Then she said the Hermes driver would only take so many. This is no good to me when I’ve paid Hermes for a 48hr service. She shrugged her shoulders. She didn’t care. I went back the next day for her to tell me Hermes machine wasn’t working. Yeah right. A few months ago when I used this service I used to have to give my name. Sign the handheld machine and get blue receipt with details on. Now all I get is a blue receipt thrown at me across the counter. Needless to say I have now found another Hermes drop off point a bit further away who are a lot more friendly and have much better customer service skills so I have no need to visit this appalling garage ever again.

Never answer the phone, must of rung the last 45 minutes to no avail.

Only wanted to know if they were a DHL drop off point before I made the journey.

Next time I’ll send a pigeon, it will be faster.

ROBBERY on a grand scale. Just filled an empty 5L diesel container and they charged me for 6L . For every 5L you pay for 6L .

Stupid prices. Extortionate infact. 12.99 for cigarettes for my mum which cost 10.80 in Asda. Rip off merchants. . . Won't be using them anymore. Everything there costs too much. Not just the ciggies....

Wife just went down to put money on electric key for Daughter, got home and was no credit on the key, phoned up to inform garage and was hung up on twice, She went to garage with Granddaughter, only to be told its not their problem You will have to get in touch with EDF, spoke to manager, and all He did was shout Her down. AVOID this rip off joint, stealing money from people who can least afford to lose it. Shame on them.

Tried to fill the tank on my car, pump was running really slow, so I was going to change to another pump, when I took my fingers off the pump handle, the cash still carried on adding up, with no fuel coming through, went into the shop to pay and inform staff, all she would suggest is use another pump, would not do anything about the overcharge. Avoid at all cost.

Major drawback is that the pay for fuel app is not working on this petrol station for some time. No bar code reader either at the till. Depends on the staff on duty if you have to read the numbers aloud or show them your fob or mobile phone.
