We send our soda stream parcels back from here. Best place in Newport to do it as the staff actually know what they are doing.

Baffles me why the main window is stacked with unnecessary products blocking the whole view of the shop. Seems as they lock the door after hours & have the staff running round getting items you can't see or know if they have. Makes no sense🙄

Really bad customer service. The employee(female) worked today (05/06/2021) around 5:30 was really rude. The coffee machine was all mess no milk, no sugar and when asked for it she was really mean.

Always greeted by friendly staff. Competitive petrol prices and I love the fact they have a Greggs in store. Perfect for picking up a snack on the way home from work.

Aswell as petrol it has a Gregg's and Starbucks machine and a good selection of real food in there aswell and it's 24 hours. what more could you want from a petrol station?

Wondering why your magic bag keeps getting cancelled, its because they "don't" do them. I bought one of there magic bags on the TGTG app, when i went to collect staff claimed they had No idea what i was going on about, and i the was the first person to go in that evening to collect, even though they sold out, and i went close to the deadline of picking up time. as i left, the staff member started doing something, by the time i got back to the car, i had a text and notification to say my order was cancelled.
The too good to go app is designed to reduce food waste, and for restaurants and shops to sell there unsold surplus food at a drop down price and to reduce food waste, and it helps many of family's in need. To falsly adverise then sell it, just to cancel it its just wrong, hopefully my next visit to this place will be better, and hopefully can change my mind on the rating, this was my first visit, the 2nd won't be anytime soon as in not local to this place.

If you are not getting fuel and are using the onsite greggs or Starbucks machine there is not a lot of spaces to park and if you park on the pumps you are told to move..... if they cannot accommodate the extra traffic for the greggs or coffee machine which they are getting money for anyway they should not have brought it in or they need to allocated specific spaces for that use only
