Sainsbury's Petrol Station

Absolutely awful customer service on the phone. I phoned 4 times within an hour and each time was left on hold. Waited around 10 minutes each time and no one answered. Who ever is considering ringing in about a product, I wouldn't bother. Your call won't get dealt with. Unacceptable

This is one of the larger stores and has a great range of products including groceries, clothing, electrical, stationary, household items, greeting cards, magazines & books, etc.
There are toilets including baby change facilities.
There is a cafe offering a range of meals, snacks and drinks, with places to store your trolley and shopping securely.
At the time of writing this review there is also a dry cleaners as well.

There is a photo booth that caters for passport photos.
For those that have mobility issues there are sit-on scooters available.

There is a large car park with free parking (limited parking time applies) as well as a Petrol Filling Station.

The store is on level ground so is wheelchair accessible.

Go here every week, great world foods and free from stuff. really good frozen vegetarian and vegan stuff! lovely staff! I look forward to it every week! (You've gotta buy groceries every week, you might as well like where you're buying them!)

We usually take Diesel from petrol station and that's working very well and fast but also we are making shopping time to time and we prefer the vegetarian options from milk section. Good shopping rapid and efficient.

Well-stocked, large store. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking, lots of trolley parks dotted about. There is a petrol station. Also it is conveniently right next to Wilko.

Worst service in a cafe I have ever received. Waiting to be served whilst 3 staff debated where someone was sitting to deliver there food. After their debate one returned to the kitchen, the other went to wipe a table although there were at least a dozen free clean tables and only about 5 guests, and the third ignored me standing there to mess about with the sandwiches. Shocking!

Terrible. Pay at pump is a joke; it's always out of paper to print receipts. So you end up going inside anyway, then get told they can't write a manual one. Some snotty little 20 something said she can't do that, which is a lie because they have done it before. So if you have a business and need fuel receipts, I would not recommend this place. I now use another garage. Such a shame the customer service is so bad here.

Web site says store is open 8am. Went in to buy milk and wanted to pay and go quickly. Guess what the cashier said to me? .... she said can't serve you until 10am because they are open for browsing only! What? !!! And why is she sat by the tills? So I am stuck in the store for half an hour. Walking around the store like a zombi. Who browse for 2 hours?!!
