Still havent dropped their fuel prices, Ripping the public off

Last night (Saturday 27th August 2022) I met a guy named Ricky Lakhani, who recognized me from my YouTube channel, I was buying booze at the after drinking in The Ford's Club with my friend David Wills. I was very very drunk.

The young gentleman working nights tonight went above and beyond to serve me through the hatch ! Very polite and and nothing was to much to bother.

Usual kind of prices for diesel and petrol but the shop prices are expensive as most garages are.
Has grocery /bakery inside.
Cash machine available.
Parcel pick up/drop off point.
Car wash facilities.
Friendly staff.
Open late.

Just got shouted at by yhe Asian looking guy behind the counter, when I pulled him on it he didn't care.
Really bad attitude, just told me to complain if I wasn't happy.

Useful 24 hour petrol station, convenience store & laundrette. Stocks a lot of coop brand/Nisa local grocery products, has a hot drinks machine, and sandwiches etc as well as basic grocery and household items. The staff are well-mannered, polite and know the product range.

I went here to pickup COVID tests provided by Randox in order to do predeparture tests for a holiday next week. The guy who served me scanned my barcode and said that they didn't have the tests I needed, even though we specifically chose thise location as it said it had the tests in stock and wouldn't let us choose other locations. He was very dismissive and swifty told me to google it or go somewhere else as "they weren't the only place with the tests".

After googling, i found another petrol station which is also a randox test distributor. I rang them and they said it was unlikely they'd be able to scan my order and give me the tests even though they had them in stock, but that I could try. I went from llangyfelach to killay and sure enough they couldn't scan my barcode, and told me to go back to the previous station and try again, and to ask to speak to a manager if i had to.

I drove all the way back and the same guy was still there, saying that he couldn't help me and they didnt have the tests. he ignored me and started serving other customers. I had a look and saw they had a bunch of boxes of different Randox tests. He said he'd turned away 15 or more people this morning asking for the tests (which they "didnt have"), and when i asked for the manager he said even the manager was there saying the same thing. I noticed they had a box labelled "H.S.C" and i asked him what those tests were for.

It turns out they were the home self testing kits I had bought, and since they were named that and not "pre departure tests" as i had on my order, he did not know they were the same. I'm extremely disappointed by not only his lack of knowledge of what tests they are distributing, but also his service and how dismissive and uncaring he was for my order. I spent over an hour driving around and a bunch of petrol too, just because he didn't know or couldn't be bothered to find out that what i ordered was right there. I feel bad for the countless other people he'd turned away that morning too, who also needed their tests to travel this Christmas.

I would avoid this place nowadays. So many people are saying that they are ripping people off. The fuel gauge didn't even register on our car so we couldn't even tell if we had put £15 in. With fuel prices so high already don't take a risk on this place 😡
