London Builders Town

I had my central London flat completely refurbished by them in three stages. Each time the quotes were very competitive, and the workmen very professional. The same people come everyday which makes it easy to make progress without having to reexplain all the time. They are doing everything so that you are happy with the end result and finish on budget unless obvious unforeseen issue. Vasyl who runs the company is very responsive and helpful. Will definitely use again if a start a new project.

Builders Town have done three large jobs in my flat over the last two years. Vasyl is great guy, does excellent work, and offers very competitive rates.

Vasyl and his team did an excellent job of installing a new parquet floor throughout the entire downstairs of our house. They worked quickly, with huge efficiency and attention to detail, kept everything incredibly clean, solved the various problems which cropped up with our Victorian house, and the end result is fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Vasyl and his team really did a good job for my apartment! My apartment was done during covid period with many difficulties and they helped through everything. The finish is very high standard and the price is very competitive. Vasyl and Peter are very patient and kind. They came to help whenever I need a hand. We had a very manky bathroom that we decided to refurbish, and London Builders Town did an incredible job. Piotr and Bogdan were very thorough and professional, and although it took a couple of days longer than planned, the final result is amazing. It genuinely looks like a different room. We would definitely use these guys again!

We had Vasyl's team Mirek and son come and repair our parquet flooring which got damaged by a burst water main. The overall result is excellent and we are extremely happy with the finish. We had been told by numerous "floor specialist companies" this was an extremely hard task to do, but it was done by LBT very well and with ease! The team were very polite, they also cleaned up after themselves and the quote was detailed and accurate. I would highly recommend and use again.

Vasyl and his team did a fantastic job on the renovation of my property in Islington. The works were extensive and involved remodelling of the downstairs floor, together with full strip out and refurbishment of the property. Communications were extensive and timely throughout and payment was always fairly and transparently addressed. One of the really excellent aspects was the fact that, at tender stage, Vasyl always provided a detailed, hyperlinked spreadsheet providing itemised costings of both labour and materials. This was fantastic and much appreciated since it meant we had visibility from the outset of what was going to be carried out, and meant that it was possible to agree variations on a proactive basis rather than encountering difficulties later on.

I can happily recommend London Builders Town and will be using them again shortly on our next refurbishment.
