Very poor "customer" service. Turned up for an appointment I made in good time. Asked lady who came to door, she went in to check but didn't come back to me. Nobody else wanted to talk to me at the surgery even though I tried to enquire. Almost impossible to get through on the phone. When I eventually got through on the phone I was told there was no record of the appointment...............

Although I haven't been with this practice very long, I can honestly say that I've received exceptional care, treatment and consideration from not only receptionists, but especially the nurses, the advanced practice nurse to the doctors. You are very much appreciated and thank you for all you do. Outstanding service.

Worst surgery ever! The staff is very inpatient. Told get blood test, send me to hospital, the hospital says I should not come to them unless it's urgent appointment. Rang them says we have four weeks waiting time, I better go hospital. Wondering if they even care !!!

Always found reception to be most helpful, and doctors patient and in listening mode.

The girl on the reception is always nice and positive ready to help. Ringing the surgery is always a pain, but it's not something new when we speak about surgeries. Doctors are nice and polite. Good thing is the pharmacy next to the surgery.

I was on hold for 35mins. Then got here for a 5.30 appointment for my daughter and didn't get seen until 6.30. Even when I went in to ask the receptionist what was taking so long and could they give me an idea how long it was going to be, I got met with a don't care attitude, no apology or compassion. Only it takes as long as it takes!
The simple polite manners that should have been used would have helped.
Overall a terrible surgery that needs some serious attention.

Not enough staff. On my 3 recent visits I've had to wait at least 45+ mins on the phone before getting through to someone. I remember this being the case years ago and nothing has changed. They even have a message on the phone stating they're experiencing high call volumes. If you're experiencing high call volumes and wait times of 45+ mins for YEARS surely you'd hire more staff to cope? It's a shame because the people on the front line (the receptionists, Drs, ect.) are quite nice from my experiences. Obviously the people running the place only care about one thing $.

I'm very impressed, I know all GPs are snowed under at the mo (and all the time) but they have had me in promptly when I needed it and so far very helpful, I have seen the physio Will and Dr Woods, both gave excellent caring service.
Very impressed so far
