Faversham Medical Practice

We had an appointment for our preschool jabs today with the nurse, Mr Beckett, and I have to say he is absolutely wonderful! He kept my son calm and happy throughout the whole appointment and barely even noticed he was getting injection, truly one of the best members of medical staff I have ever come across! What an absolute credit to the practice, thank you for making such a positive experience out of something I was so worried about!

Don’t understand the negative comments. I was directed to the surgery by emergency services as my GP was close. Great practice, great care, great people working. Especially thanks to Dr Lee ! I even received the follow up call to check on my status and progress, something that never happened with my GP in Sittingbourne. Many thanks!

The doctors are so friendly, and I am so grateful for the urgent treatment unit open 7 days a week. A doctor said he loves his work, just genuinely happy to be able to help people. Just a 30min wait, and I was reassured my little girl's tummy and eyes were okay, and the doctor was happy to check out a cough I have had for a number of weeks. Thank you.

This medical practice is incredibly helpful and the urgent care unit is a life saver. I moved our whole family to this practice after really bad lack of care from our previous GP, during an emergency with our 2 year old.

This is my husband's surgery and when I have to contact them for him the staff are incredibly helpful. The GPs have all been great with his condition and when he's been very ill. Cannot fault to care and support he and I gave received.

I have moved to this practice about 6 months ago. They are dong an amazing job. Yes, there have been long waits for things, but this is out of anyones control, nothing is ever perfect. I have been able to see a Dr in person. I have been treated brilliantly after filling in E consult on another matter. The receptionists have been nothing but caring and helpful. I can't imagine what strain they are all under, and yet everyone I have met has been great.

This is one of the best medical practices I have ever came across. The doctors and staff are incredibly helpful and kind.
