Stanway Surgery

I would like to pass on my thanks for care provided following my hip surgery. In particular treatments from Dominique and Edwina. I was able to be seen at one of the surgeries promptly and efficiently on a number of occasions. The then problem is now resolved and my recovery is well underway. thank you. WLG

Best surgery and always manage to fit in my appointments. The staff and doctors are brilliant, I highly recommend.

The receptionist (unfortunately I don’t know her name) has gone above and beyond to help me! Dr ramjan is by far the best gp I have ever seen! I can’t rate this surgery enough! Thankyou

Omg waited thirty minutes past my appointment time when I enquired was told only one doctor working try catching up with the 21st century Stanway only just moved here from Suffolk and it's so much more patient friendly than this back water

Absolutely appalled by this place. My partner rang for an appointment and was told a doctor would ring him back, they never did. The next day he rung again and the same thing happened! No one has contacted him since and thankfully 111 were more help. Not to mention the staff were so rude on the phone. I would avoid this surgery if you actually want medical attention.

After a long wait on the phone, I have been refused an appointment with the doctor but offered to see district nurse. I accept it believing they know what they doing. The appointment has been booked for 10 am so I did have to take time of work, but I understand sometimes we have to do that.
Went to see a District nurse who after seeing my skin condition adviced me to duck tape it banana skin to it!!!!!!!
This isn't my first bad experience with this surgery, absolutely shocking!!!!

Thankfully I haven't needed to use them too often, getting an appointment suitable to when you are free is impossible. And when you do it's over the phone & GP rushes you thru & hangs up before you're finished. How bloody rude! Time to seek a better GP practice!
