Disorganised and unhelpful. What should have been a simple process to organise a couple of free vaccines offered by the NHS was turned into an epic where I had to continually chase for answers, and always being told something different.

I have now ran out of time, and have to make a four hour round trip and pay privately for a vaccine I tried to organise months ago for free, but was initially told it was not offered. The staff are friendly, but the whole process has been a joke.

Initial appointments are by telephone only. When you are finally able to book an appointment time you are then told that the call could come at any time of day! This means that you have to wait in all day by the phone to be ready when the doctor chooses to call. God forbid if you're on the lavatory or up a ladder!
They now have an announcement on their notice board of how many appointments have been missed and how wasteful it is. It's hardly surprising that appointments are being missed when you have no idea of when the doctor is going to call. Do they really expect you to sit by your phone all day, they could at least offer a 2 hour time slot.
The world has gone mad and we are all expected to sit back and just accept it!

Wow I have never been so discriminated in my life after proving there pharmacey had made a mistake buy her own word they hang up rather then rectify there mistake well that really helps the sick and disabled.

There is no point in booking an appointment online at a given hour. They never call at that hour. Not even close to the given hour. Not even one time! I have been waiting for the call and rang them back to tell them I can not wait any longer. My workplace doesn't allow phones inside of the premises. I told the receptionist I could wait another 20 min and an hour later, still outside in the cold waiting for the phone call. I have asked to be called after 4:30 but this couldn't be arranged. Covid is over. You should think about going back. This is just outrageous! Who should I hold responsible when my manager asks for clarification? Who is going to pay for my lost income? Well done.

The pharmacy at this surgery has gone above and beyond for me and my family this year. I’m so grateful for all the help and kindness you have showed us. Thank you for everything. I would also like to thank the drs and especially Dr Tooley who has stood by my son and myself I’m so grateful to you for your support. I have found all the staff at Reynard Surgery efficient, helpful and courteous and the standard of medical care is outstanding whether dealing with an emergency, providing palliative care or minor consultations from doctors.As patient I feel so supported, informed and in safe hands.

I have had exceptional treatment here. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The nurse pratitioners are knowledgeable and approachable and the doctors are excellent - very thorough and patient. I have been nothing but impressed.
