Total waste of time.Just pre,recorded message that goes on and on and on.Visit surgery,told to put written request in box.Havent seen a doctor in years.Get txt back saying phone between certain times.Do so ,just to get them hang up.Have had to dose myself up on pain killers for days now.As cant get a doctor to give me correct prescription .Cant get a doctor to even answer phone just recorded messages.
