This surgery is awful if you're looking to see a doctor try don't wait because you will be dead I have been waiting to see my doctor for the last 4 months all they keep telling me is there fully booked customer service speak to you like they have no customer service this surgery needs to be shut down and looked into it's getting beyond a joke

How can they keep giving people appoments at the end of the month when they need to see a doctor ? Unprofessional While I was here waiting in reception they refused to see a baby who is having an asthma attack. The people at reception talk to u like they have a problem with people how dear they tell the woman with a baby go to the hospital I’m taking my son away from this surgery b4 I have to sue dr share and her attitude stinks no manners AT ALL.

I'm so glad I don't have to see this socal Dr surgery again. I was with this place for over 15years and all I can say is if your looking for a reliable DR! Well look els were.... Calling them u will be left on hold for over 30-40mins they leave the phone to ring out all the time and the way they talk to you is like they have a personal issue with you. I'm so disgusted with this place. The only thing they had good was Dr ho and even he has left so that says it all. I think the NHS need to look in to this one as it's not normal at all. Awful good luck

Called the surgery for some information and a receptionist named shela picke up sounde very nice and provided the info very quickly I think I might register here......
My current surgery sound very unhappy on the phone but after this call I think I will change doctors to this surgery😁

I've had a good experience of all of the doctors with this surgery, all are very professional and helpful and treatment plans are very much a 2 way process with your input and wishes listened to and taken into account. The receptionists let this surgery down however hence the three star review, they are consistently rude and unfriendly, I'm often made to wait longer than I'd expect before being acknowledged when visiting the surgery, they make it feel like you're interrupting them e.g. carrying on typing while ignoring you, which makes you feel very unwelcome.

Poor service, absolutely abysmal receptionist. There are some good doctors but are over shadowed by poor systems, and absolutely long waiting times.

I had to ring a few times regarding my NHS name being different to my Covid pass name and each time the Receptionist Staff were mega friendly, patient, polite and helpful (plus the calls were answered very quickly).

People are so quick to criticise these days so I just wanted to write a few lines to say how very impressed I was with the staff here ☺️

The most horrible GP. Reception staff are racist, rude. Doctors are fine but it’s impossible to book appointments so it doesn’t really mean anything. All reception does is try to avoid or delay your request. Please stay away from this GP for your own benefit. We are a family of four and are moving to another practice immediately!!!
