Nurse Rosemary Ramroop refused to see me after I arrived 7 minutes late for a smear test. The surgery was empty and patients usually wait anyway. I myself have waited in excess of an hour to be seen on previous visits. I struggle to understand how a caregiver can be so utterly heartless and uncaring regarding something so important and when the uptake of cervical screening is so poor nationally and in London. Access should be encouraged and supported. I work in the NHS and I would never treat my patients like that.

I wanted to thank the practice for the help and guidance as well as medical support and understanding over the last year or so. The practice is always helpful and non judgemental. They go out of their way to accommodate when needed.

Thanks to all the doctors and staff. A special thanks to Dawn, Joyce, Dr Barker, Dr Taylor, Dr Manoharan and Erin.

I feel I had to write this review having been with this GP my whole life… I have no complaints about the Doctors! Dr Durham, Taylor & Ahmed are the best, amazing! However the lady’s on reception have no people skills! today I was seen by a
Caribbean lady to enquire about a prescription and she was absolutely rude for no reason. considering this the first point of contact it’s quite disheartening. I also find the nurses to be unfriendly and cold, my daughter also left the practice due to an unsatisfactory appointment with nurse Rosemary. The 1 star is for the receptionists & nurses. the doctors, I would happily give 5. Train your staff!!

We've been with this GP for 6 years now and it was quite good at the start but going worse and worse each year. Yesterday I decided to leave them as reception staff is very unfriendly and disrespectful and similar for the new doctors.
We had to wait for 20 min with a sick child for a doctor (Dr S. Milner) to finish her private phone call and when I mentioned that visit is delayed she wouldn't even say sorry. She looks like straight from the Uni so they must teach disrespect already there...
It takes 30-45 min on average to get through to the reception and most of reception staff couldn't care less. We had to wait close to 10 min to be checked in cause receptionist had more important things to do than dealing with a queue of people and then we were told we can't be seen cause we are late (!).
Last year my son was misdiagnosed when he had an eye infection - GP ignored it saying it's nothing we took him to hospital anyway and they prescribed antibiotics (Lucky!).
As mentioned in other reviews nurses are very cold and unfriendly too - can't even deal with a child having an injection, to be honest they can't even manage a smile.
Chatfield Health Care from good GP practice became disgrace. I strongly don't recommend them!

I have patience of a saint but to be put on hold for 1hour and still going is unacceptable..
In my work place the receptionists have to answer the call in 3 ring tones.
I do not want a reply I just want it to be sorted out.
I have faith....

The phones don't work half the time so if you want to book an appointment you have to walk in there in person. When you do you have to wait two weeks for a PHONE APPOINTMENT and then it's not even a doctor, it's an assistant who asks you what's wrong then passes a message onto a supposedly REAL DR, but who knows because you never actually got tospeak to them

This is the first time I have written a review for a medical centre. I've just moved into the area and changed registered doctors to Chatfield, regrettably. I waited on the telephone for 90 mins to book an appointment this morning. Unfortunately at the time of their call back (from a blocked number) I wasn't beside my phone. I couldn't even be sure it was them. So, to check, I called them back, waited for another 50 mins on hold. They said there was nothing they could do and I would have to call back in the morning. I barely got any sleep last night as I was coughing up green mucus and shaking/sweating from fever, but I guess I will settle in for another night of agony with no medical assistance.

The worst GP practice ever. Nobody picks up the phone, you could be dying and nobody will answer that phone. I feel for the elderly who rely on this terrible phone service to book their appointments. Oh and the app is just as awful, book 3 appointments and all 3 were cancelled 2 minutes after booking. Kept telling me slots been taken. Diabolical, absolute rubbish of a practise.
