Could not get an appointment in the evening as I wanted.
Had to wait 2 days and the doctor I saw only gave me 10 minutes and was not very helpful.
Antibiotics did not work and doctor refused to do any blood tests.
Give it a miss, you are better off going to a NHS GP.

My experience is much like the first posters.
I was not happy at all with the service or the attitude of the staff.
I went for blood test and got told I was being over worked up.
They never gave me my results, so I went to the sugeryt, receptiost was rude and said "we are not a walk in clinic."
Then when I phoned up the call center refused to book me another appointment and said "the GP said that all follow ups must be done by my NHS GP."

As I am American and only here for a few months, I don't have an NHS GP. But when I told them this they put the phone down on me.
Rude and uncaring staff.
All this clinic wants to do is take your money
I will be reporting them to the medical board.

Doctor was very Rude-She Even Had A Bloody Cheek To Tell Me Not to Come Here Again. The information here is misleading, as this is not walk in GP services as advertised.
most unhelpful service every. Receptionist acted she was doing us a favor booking an appointment. And when we did get to see the doctor the doctor was rude and told us to go to our NHS clinic and don't bother coming back.
Not the sort of service you would expect from a GP especially as you are paying for it.. Which is the reason we went to a private GP in the first place because you cannot get an appointment on the NHS.
Even the NHS GP we had was never as bad as this place.
My advice-Forget it-Don't waste your time and money avoid this place and find another practice.
There's plenty of other good private practice in London but don't waste your time with here.

Erm, there seems to be an odd amount of hatred for this private GP.

I have been here on a number of occasions when i have desperately needed to see a doctor and would have had to wait over 2 weeks on the NHS (which is the governemts fault in my opinion, but that is another matter).

Each time i have been here i have found the staff to be extremely courteous and professional and they have dealt with an number of my health complaints over the past few years extremely well.

One of the other reviewers complains that a TRAINED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL was telling her she was worked up about a blood test. Is it not possible that you were madam? Possibly someone who has gone to medical school might be better placed to decide that than you?

Poor. Cost £70 to be told I need 5 day course of tablets but doctor only prescribed enough for 3 days. Had to return, at further inconvenience, to get additional prescription to cover remaining course (and incur another prescription charge for what was their mistake). Such a basic maths error leaves me questioning their competence. Tablets also didn't work so have ended up going to local GP anyway. Avoid.

I come here for vaccinations for my exotic work trips. Friendly Receptionists make it easy to make appointments and I’m always seen promptly by friendly physicians.

The consultations have always been thorough and the vaccinations painless. Although the vaccinations are expensive, I’ve never felt ‘ripped-off’; quite the contrary - always good advice, well explained.

Presented at the clinic with a suspected diagnosis. Charged over £150 to confirm the diagnosis and then be prescribed medication that is no longer available in the UK and not a licensed therapeutic treatment for the diagnosis.

When I complained, I was given an appointment for 24 hours later at which I was advised I had to go to the NHS to be treated. Something I could have done 3 days earlier and with more than £150 in my pocket.

Amazingly poor service and potentially medically negligent if a more serious condition.

Had an appointment to see a GP at 8:30, showed up to the office here 15 min beforehand. There is a door with a bell to ring to be let in.

When I showed up, I rang the bell about 10 times, no one answered. I then phoned the head office number, they said they would phone the office to let me in, and I should stay put. 5 min passed, I kept belling, and still no one answered.

I phoned again and was offered a later appointment, which I only took because I actually needed to see a GP.

Terrible service, definitely a place to avoid.
