Will only take phone appointments, even for matters that NHS classified as emergency. Has very little interest in helping the patient. Will put you on medication for months before referring to a specialist. If I didn’t have my insurance, I’d be screwed.

Generally an ok service, however I've been waiting for 5 weeks for some results that the practice should have chased the local hospital for. I've been on the phone to them several times over the last week, and this morning have been told I need to call between 12-2:00pm (despite this not being a problem last week) as they're too busy - after explaining I've been waiting for 5 weeks the receptionist said she can't help and hung up. Not once have they called with test results, you always have to chase.

Dr was absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. Receptionist unbelievably rude and gossipy. Said good morning when I walked in and thank you when I walked out and got visibly scowled at both times. Sign on the window says first appointment at 8:30am and your Google says it doesn't open till 9am when they actually open and take appointments at 8am, very confusing.

Once again, Wimbledon Medical Practice has gone to great lengths to give me excellent service and care. For many years, from reception to doctor, my experience has been first class. Big thanks to Gavin and Dr Bansoodeb for going the extra mile yesterday.

Very rude receptionist (including one call Paula) who like to tell you “if you don’t like their service, feel free to go to any other GP.” The GP must be busy and have a lot of clients so they don’t bother of having you or not. NHS, this GP and doctors should review their receptionist service attitude.

Also, please note that all the appointment on only received on the phone (not even meeting the doctor).

Zero attempts to assist ever, they always love saying no by default and never try to understand how to help. The receptionists you have are the worst in the reception history and it’s a shame that these people are “assisting” the public in medical need for help. Shame on nhs for this

shocking service they may as well not even be open
Despite reporting very very serious issues to them I have been left out in the cold they didn't even bother to get back to me with a test result
this is starting to feel deliberate and murder

So unhelpful, never able to see the doctor who is only ever willing to take telephone consults. When trying to book my babies 6 and 8 week follow ups, first there is no nurse available (not even to book in advance) and then a week later when calling we are told we can't book the date in advance of more than 2 weeks for some unknown reason as if the dates of 6 and 8 week checkup will somehow change.....
