Absolutely THE WORST surgery I’ve ever been too. Constantly messing up my prescriptions not sending them over to the chemist, failing to do follow ups, losing hospital referrals. The prescribing manager Mrs Venita Pritchard is verging in psychotic. She has zero empathy and should not be in the job. Appalling appalling service.

I am very saddened to read negative reviews of the surgery. I hear daily from colleagues and friends about how bad their GP practice is, I have also had some dreadful GPs in the past, however again I am compelled to write a positive review based on the fact every single doctor I have seen and my son has seen has been phenomenal. Incredibly caring, incredibly courteous, and actually understanding. I asked for help with a prescription before boarding a two hour flight in the morning via the pathways link, as soon as I landed I’d already had a prescription note stating my tablets are ready for collection. I deliberately ordered them just before my flight knowing it would probably take a long time so they would be ready after my holiday, they were there almost instantly. I cannot fault anyone or anything about this GP service. Phenomenal treatment

Superb practice. Recent appointments and booking were slick.
Excellent use of IT systems means I can connect the doctors and nurses very quickly and easily.
Dr Stark has been superb at helping me through my issues and I would highly recommend him. The other older tall chap is good as well (sorry I can't remember his name). Haven't really seen much of the other medics but I have heard they are nice.
The head nurse is very efficient.

Excellent practice. I have been with my mother several times and the staff have always been very kind and attentive. Dr Starke has been amazing at listening and coming up with excellent plans with us to help her. He manages to do this in a very calm and kind way.
The nurses have been asked to help on a number of occasions and they have also been very helpful.
I wish I lived local so I could get my care here!

I have had such a positive experience with Parkshot, particularly during pregnancy. The entire multidisciplinary team have been so kind, professional and caring, from reception staff to the HCAs, practice nurses and wonderful GPs. Thank you so much.

I registered to Parkshot Medical almost five years ago and I have to say I was skeptical at first because of some negative reviews but after all these years, I am very happy to say that every time I wanted a medical advice, everyone came back to me really quickly even during buys periods. My experience with the pathway is very positive, not sure if it’s easy to use for everyone (for example elderly people) but for me, not having to wait to speak to someone over the phone works perfectly fine every single time. Every time I had to make an enquiry, 99.5% of the time I received a reply the same day or next day maximum. All the doctors are very nice and friendly and whenever me or my family had an issue, they provided a solution or referred us to the right team. I felt it was the right thing to leave a review and recognize everyone’s efforts, so a big thank you from Stella, Vasiliki and Nicholas!

I have never had anything but exemplary treatment from Parkshot in the 20+ years I have been a patient. This includes cancer scares, knee surgeries and knee replacements plus Ankylosing Spondilitis.
