Dr J Sansome - Weavers Medical

Very 1st time using this doctors very impressed helpful polite. As not been before had no idea where I was going and made a few mistakes along the way but every one in the building where so helpful.
Entrance is around the back of the building and weavers repcetion is the middle one, then if going up stairs reception is on the left.
