Dr P Luthra - Spring Grove Medical Practice

This gp it´s really good and everyone is very helpfull (doctors and staff).
I just one give a shout out to the receptionist Annie because she´s so polite and always trying to help the patients, definitely the best member on the reception counter. (For her 5 stars), however there is a guy working on the reception that he is so rude and one time I was standing in front of him 5 minutes and he was ignoring me until he finally realize that I needed help.

This is a very good GP, has good doctors, but I need to talk about a receptionist who, in my opinion, is the best receptionist of all the GPs I have ever visited, is called Annie Nalule, she is very polite, efficient, helpful and very attentive to all people, she is fantastic and she deserves to be praised. Definitely the best member of the reception!

on the 5th of may I booked a blood test and urine test for myself when I went to meet the doctor who was very lovely the guy who was in the reception was very rude serious and not even looking at me when was trying to find out if he could provide me a mash he just point with his hand to talk to the microphone with really not kindness and not interested for the person asking for help very very rude . After spoke to the doctor who told me to come another day for blood and urine test I left bit not encouraged and it was the rigth feeling because when 0n 9th of may at 10 am i done blood and urine test it has been done by a person who was not able to take blood from my veins and taking long doing wrong I'm very fit where you can see my veins very well also he seems not intrested at all what he was doing because he had to do in two harms before he could be able to take blood cousing me lots pain and take an everage time of 15 minutes . In the end of this story they lost my blood and Urine that I dont know what they done and where is it ,in the end I had to come back again to do the test and the reason was that there was something wrong with my test when they send tex to my number , they gave me even a wrong container for urine unbelieveable , it look like there are people that really dont know what doing ............POOR US WHO WE NEED AND WE ARE IN THE HANDS OF REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO CLEARLY DONT CARE WHAT IS THEIR JOB.

The new Indian receptionist rude no clue what she’s doing and a very bad attitude what a shame the doctors are good but the first point of contact new receptionist is a joke no professionalism and manners

booked appointment yesterday ive got cold throat infection from friday on panadol and nurofen express 4 days expecting antibiotic or something unfortunately doctor told me continue taking nurofen and panadol and come back in 7 days if it doesn't improve. booked private doctor in Hanwell i get amoxicillin for less than £10 so realy i do not know what wrong with them.

I’ve been with the practice for about 8 years. Never had an issue, very accommodating with appointments, willing to schedule/refer for further testing if needed. Overall highly recommend!

To every GP there are ups and downs but compared to the previous GP this is hands down one of the nicest and helpful GP I have been to. Yes you may wait over your appointment times which is rare but there is always a reason for that even though they will not tell you to protect the other patients privacy.

I rang this surgery for my sister and uncle extremely rude receptionist with the biggest attitude and sarcasm problem!!! Ask to speak to manager she said she's busy explained the health condition there was zero sympathy and empathy!!!! No care just pure attitude problem and sarcasm.Would never recommend this surgery to anyone be aware!
