Good experience as it's much more convenient than a super-slow NHS doctor where you have to sit in a waiting room with sick people. It was slow for the doctor to arrive after we'd filled out the initial survey, however once we got chatting, he was able to resolve our issue rapidly using the digital inspection tools on the desk to take our temperature, look down our throat, etc. Smart!

Doctor was competent, but staff at the pharmacy were rather impolite and stand-off-ish. In addition, one wonders whether tele-health can adequately diagnose certain conditions given, for example, that the stethoscope provided is not requested to be used on ones back as well as chest, thus limiting the effectiveness of diagnosis.

Response to Adam T. (below): Thank you for investigating the location in question. To clarify, the stethoscope was indeed used during the consultation, but only on the top of the chest. To conduct a proper auscultation, the physician must listen to both the top and bottom of the lungs on both the right and left sides of the chest, as well as on the right and left sides of the back. This is because airflow sounds different when observed from these locations. The stethoscope itself is not long enough to use on one's back, nor is one able to position it in such a way as to allow the doctor to effectively listen. Given these factors, I would have serious reservations about the effectiveness of diagnosis using the systems currently in place.
