MHP - Lincoln Road Medical Practice

This place used to be nice now over 5 years is just getting worse and worse the service I booked to see the doctor and I have appointment 14-03-2022 time 14:30 they told me last minute we can't see you now only by phone my sickness is hard to explain to them by phone is ridiculous with this people work here unprofessional horrible they raised the voice agains me the government need to check this GP

I’m really exhausted from trying to make sense of this GP surgery rules and how to get help. I’m autistic and this practice is not at all inclusive in the way that they speak to clients (very unclear guidance and often rude receptionists). The appointment booking process is diabolical - whether using PATCHS or phoning directly. This surgery has caused me a lot of tears and unnecessary stress, and I am having to go private in order to have a consistent and respectful service. I also want to warn other clients that their phone line has a poor connection, and on two different occasions they have not been able to hear me speaking and have hung up. They do not call back, so this is potentially quite dangerous if a problem is serious and needs face-to-face assessment. Went for an ultrasound scan. Waited and eventually told was upstairs. The staff at the InHealth are extremely rude. I missed my name being called out as was in the toilet, nothing was said to me until asked. The staff seem so indifferent.

They still don’t see patients face to face even if it’s for a baby. A picture is good enough for them. You have to get a patches appointment at exactly 7:30 on the dot, if your one minute late you can’t even get an appointment.

Whenever I have required medical intervention, I have found all the GP’s at the practice helpful and knowledgeable. On 2 occasions now, another medical professional has requested a scan or for me to be prescribed a certain medication and the GP surgery has called me immediately to arrange this once they have received the medical letter. I’m very happy with the intervention they have offered me. Under such pressures , they are still providing an excellent service. Thank you

One of the best place for MRI and the supporting staff like Akansha super start. Too much supported person. She made it very easy for me to make a difficult MRI. God bless her.

Receptionists have no clue, Drs take several weeks to get your scan results back, reports that take other GPs a single day take upto 6 weeks here. Do not join here! I need to start looking for a new place.

Getting an appointment is ridiculous, more likely to fly to the moon. They say call at 8am every morning for an appointment or call back but by the time you get through after holding for over an hour and being 90th in the queue, everything has gone and you have to call back the next day to go through the same thing! Used to be a good surgery before becoming part of Medicus.
