The other reviews are spot on, this surgery deserves even less than one star. I'd love to be able to review the medical services available, however, getting past the arrogant, abrasive and defensive receptionists to talk to somebody professional is seemingly impossible. Review your policies and stop being so defensive towards the people you're supposed to look after. A lucky escape for me, I've now registered at a surgery where patients are treated with respect and dignity. I suggest the medical team at this practice has a close look at the reception team who are letting you down dreadfully. The number of reviews citing them as being appalling is no coincidence.

I could have given them no star.
Really rude and unhelpful
First hard to get face to face appointment, if you luckily get one, doctor turn out to be rude and literally talk to me in loud voice
I won't hesitate to mention the doctor name it's Raheela Khanum.
And just want to shawl off the issue to the surgery partners and not taking the responsibility.
Simply pathatic doesn't even know the issue she is talking about without any background knowledge which was shocking for me .
Extremely disappointing.

I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant. I have been trying to get some sort of appointment for various things (e.g: aid reflux, not sleeping) and over the past few days I think I have developed thrush. I’ve been in agony and have tried phoning multiple times. When I do eventually get through, they say no appointment are available on that day. So my partner and I decided to walk up yesterday and see if we can book an appointment through reception. The lady behind the desk said to phone at 8 or come in at 8 to book a same day appointment. So today I’ve gotten up to phone for 8. I have phone for an assess of 60 times and the line just hangs up. I know this isn’t an issue with my phone because I can phone others. This is beyond a joke at this point. The line apparently closes at 8:45 and they only hand out a small number of appointments. Please avoid if possible because it is just a waste of your time even trying to get in

I want to thank ALL the staff at this surgery, doctors, nurses, reception staff and anyone I might have missed..
I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my/our hearts as a family, for the 8 years ( and all the times before) you very kindly looked after my mum (Mavis Ashley) nothing was ever to much trouble, we were even on first name terms ! Please keep up the wonderful work you all do, it makes such a difference .

Myself and my husband changed to this surgery after lack of support, care and help for my health issues from another Nuneaton surgery and well I have nothing but praise for all of the doctors I have ever spoken to and seen, the receptionists, the nurses, the healthcare assistant, everyone are fantastic. I am so glad we changed to this surgery. You have made my health issues more bearable and the online message system is fantastic. I am not afraid to contact you, to ask questions. Just keep doing what you do. Thank you for everything.

used to be a good doctors now considered one of the worst, can never get an appointment, even if you are one of the lucky ones to actually get an appointment, they will only talk to you over the phone then misdiagnose you because they haven't saw you face to face and checked you over, what a shambles

Absolutely disgraceful service, I would give them minus 5 if I could. My partner had major cancer surgery and was in a lot of pain. Tried to get help from the surgery and was fobbed off by a receptionist who wouldn’t vary from the script they are given. Yes I know they are doing telephone appointments, but you are told that there is not even a telephone appointment available, and also told that their out of hours service is fully booked as well (how a receptionist could see into the future to know this is beyond me) and told to phone again the next day. So you are expected to wait in excruciating pain overnight in case they can manage to find you a phone appointment the next day, it is just not good enough! There needs to be some flexibility in their system for patients who are clearly seriously ill and need to be examined by a doctor. Phoning 999 is for life threatening emergencies but I can see why people give up trying to contact their GP and go straight to A&E. It seems to me that as GP practices are paid on the basis of the number of patients on their list, it is more profitable for them to have a larger number of patients than provide adequate care for the ones they have. They also appear to be using Covid restrictions as an excuse to divert patients to other services instead of providing the care that they are paid to give.

useless, wait times for them to answer the phone is over 20 minutes to then be told there will be nothing left appointment wise. mental health help is impossible. take meds and go home is essentially what your told. doctors took four attempts to diagnose a rash on my 3 year old and still didnt get it right. absolute idiocy!
