If I could give 0 I would. Worst GP in Croydon. Never available. Whenever I have called to arrange an appointment the waiting list for just a quick call with a doctor is endless. I’m talking of weeks. Not to mention the how unprepared and rude the people working there are. Today my mum was to receive an important call from the doctor as she might have cancer and they never called, although the analysis results arrived yesterday. When I called the emergency number the lady Who responded the call was very unprofessional. Her first words when she picked up (after 5 calls) was “we are close” not even hello. It was only when I started to literally beg to speak to the doctor that she said “the doctor will call your mum now” right after she hanged up on me. Again, very unprofessional given the circumstances. I am deeply disgusted.

The service here is awful. The receptionists are rude and uncaring and act as though they are the ones to decide whether you deserve to see your own doctor. Every time we have called we are met with the same disdain and unprofessional behaviour. Why do I have to beg to see my doctor? And even when you beg they just repeat the same things over and over that you can only get a telephone call but that is usually weeks after..why so long? Are you hoping the issue clears up in those weeks? What if a preventable issue becomes something more serious because these receptionists with no emotion were gatekeeping care from patients? I'm so frustrated. I don't call the GP often and I don't call for fun, I call because there's a problem, I'm hurting, I need help from my GP to understand what is going on with my body. The complete lack of care and interest from the receptionists is astounding and by the look of the comments I'm clearly not the first or the last. This is unacceptable. People need to see their doctors. Will you take responsibility if something serious happens? Absolutely awful service. Don't bother replying with a generic response about this being troubling or you want to do better, spare me. If you wanted to do better you would train your receptionists to treat patients like patients, like humans, not a nuisance and you would have a better process in place for your patients. You say you offer telephone and face to face - how is that possible? Every telephone contact is weeks away and don't even dream of face to face. This is absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed of the way you treat people who come to you for help. For this, I will lodge a formal complaint.

I have been with FRMP for over 30 years and have needed medical support a number of times just recently. Reception staff are always friendly and efficient and each of the doctors I have spoken with (and seen) have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My reason for posting this feedback is that I spotted some negative reviews on line and I thought it important to post my own very positive experience with the practice.

I have been with this Gp since I was a child and Staff have always been kind and attentive , using the message function on the website I could explain my problem and the relavent team called me to arrange a call or appointment. For other thing the nurse staff have always been amazing answering all my queries in depth no matter how silly I may have thought. Thank you for everything

I really thought this GP had improved but clearly it hasn't. I'm pregnant with asthma with a servere cough, and told I have to wait for telephone consultation when I should clearly be invited in. If I was not pregnant I would look for another Gp but I don,t want to stress myself out.

I came to drop of maternity exemption 3 months ago, front of the reception, told me this needed to be signed and sent off, and nothing will happen I will just be exempt this is clearly not the procedure ! Has this been done or anyone called me no! I had to explain to my midwife and they had to get it done for me !

Avoid. They do not have time for you. 10 days wait just to talk to GP over a phone (appointment even longer) even if you coming back after missed treatment. This Medical Practice did not improve appointment slots over 10 years I was with them (just decided to leave). You will hear constant 'we are under pressure, busy etc'. They should solve those organizational issues many years ago. This is health 'care', but when you contact them you have a feeling you book dishwasher repair appointment.

'Managing Partner', please do not bother to respond. It is (sadly) what it is. You shift people to GP Hub ,instead of improving your own capabilities.

Wish I can give 0 star, worst GP EVER!! Them receptionist are so rude you call and they cut the line on you and when confronted has the cheek to show attitude! This is peoples lives you’re playing for with. If you can’t care for people then you shouldn’t be working there.
