A fantastic and convenient service if you’re used to tech/Skype and need help! I was unwell Friday afternoon/evening and my GP is not available on a weekend. Rather than sit in urgent care I was able to go to my nearby chemist, have a good conversation with a doctor including stethoscope and pulse, and pick up my prescription on the way out. Worth every penny

The idea is good but they failed to execute the concept, thus 2 stars. It is easy to book an appointment and the location was good. However, after that the experience wasn't great. During my consultation, the video connection with the doctor was terrible, twice it failed and I had to wait 5-7 minutes out of my 15 trying to sort it out with support. Final note, the customer service team are very slow. I'm still waiting for my revised referral letter... in the end, I went to a face to face private GP, much better and that is how I suggest you go if you're reading this.
