My family and I have recently registered with this GP. At first, we were hesitant about joining here and wondering how the service will be especially under the current covid pandemic? But, to our surprise, this GP service has exceeded our initial expectation and made us feel welcoming. Staffs are brilliant with their advise, support and treatment. I thank everyone here especially our nurse Mrs Danielle Riches who has been phenomenal with her conduct. Hats off to you all and keep up the good works!

I was made to feel uncomfortable for not wearing a mask, the nurse told me the room is not very ventilated and to look out of the door whilst having my blood test. I haven’t wore a mask for over two years because it restricts air going to my lungs and I am a clean healthy person. It’s not my problem if the haven’t got sufficient ventilation, and should not be made to feel like I’m carrying something that doesn’t exist. The nurse was probably quadruple vaccinated and had a mask. The fact that the room wasn’t ventilated and wearing a mask would have been even worse for me trying to inhale a full breath of air. I should not suffer because of people paranoia. THIS NEEDS TO STOP, ITS MY CHOICE.

Over the last 10 years this surgery has gone downhill . Took me multiple visits before giving up and booking myself into A&E.. OVER 3 WEEKS TO SEE SOMEONE its a shambles..
Receptionists are very authoritive and think they know best.. No I don't want to tell an unprofessional about my problem, I asked to see a Doctor not a Receptionist..
I had to cancel and rebook Receptionist told me new appointment date then when I asked for a Saturday instead i was told they are now closed on Saturday.. OK no problem.. and then I got... call back in couple of days as thy haven't got a rota in place ?? (But you just offered a date to me????)... what no bookings for 2 days surely someone I pulling my leg here.. sigh.... but I'm best if i say nothing more that can get me reprimanded..

Been waiting over 50 mins on the phone to book an appointment. Then they want to offer me a telephone appointment instead. What good is a telephone appointment when u need to be checked out. Results come back and it just gets left there for weeks until someone call u and then they say its your responsibility to call up and get the redults. Don't feel comfortable having this gp .

Today I had an appointment with Dr Arghya Ghosh and his lady assistant in Ultrasound Service. They have been unprofessional because I have been seen way later my appointment time while I was vizibly in a lot of pain with my kidneys and bladder and when they finally saw me they didn't treat me with care. I felt really worried, uncomfortable and and unsafe.

I held on with dreadful music for 15 minutes because they kept saying you are number 1 in the queue. Then a voice said all our operators are busy please hold on then cut the phone off

Bearing in mind that I am a cancer patient.
I’m in the process of leaving this surgery as the past few years have been horrendous.
The clinician has sent me for the wrong scans (x-rays when it should have been MRI)
My medical records claim say mu diabetic foot check has been done, the clinician didn’t even look at my feet when I attended the appointment.
No one bothers to contact you with test results anymore.
I’ve called numerous times and have asked for call backs when they have dealt with my questions, I have not received any.
I would not recommend this surgery to anyone, least of all to anyone with any serious conditions.
As for the receptionists, they haven’t got a clue!, Dr Garcia isn’t much better either, he only seems interested in patients filling in surveys & giving the vaccines.
