If you can just avoid Dr Pepper who has no bedside manners or really listens to you, you're good. She has sent me away empty handed many times when I had a UTI which was painful and had blood present in urine, and told me to sleep more as my depression was just fatigue. After seeing a proper doctor there it's been really good and I actually commute back to attend

I always get a fast appointment when needed.
I've been seen by various doctors and nurses at this practice and have yet to have a bad experience.
They have a comprehensive early and late appointments system to accommodate the work needs of patients.

I have just seen a Gp I went in with consistently very high blood pressure headache and some chest pain I am only 40 I’ve been monitoring it myself it is supposed to be treated with meds that don’t work I was told you can’t possibly go off of 1 reading didn’t give me chance to say I’ve been monitoring every other day he plonked a piece of paper in my hand and says fill this in with a weeks worth and come back he didn’t even take my bp there and then I was in his room for less than 3 minutes was not interested in the slightest absolutely disgusting treatment.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this surgery! They have almost always give me an appt for the same day if the issue sounds somewhat urgent and the doctors are really good, as well as the receptionists.

I've been a patient at this surgery for about 12 years and have always found them most helpful and courteous...highly recommend.
