It took a few hours but I managed to register my mother as a temporary resident at the practice. She is clinically extremely vulnerable and unable to walk without pain. Now, a few weeks later, when she is in urgent need of GP attention to avoid her condition deteriorating and needing hospitalisation, I am so far unable to access care. I am calling on her behalf as she does not have internet access or a mobile phone. First I phoned the practice to make sure I could request an appointment for a temporary resident via the website and to be sure they knew she would need visiting at her home. After holding for 30 mins and listening to the same message about using the website about 20 times, I spoke to a receptionist who told me they are the 'NHS and very busy' - she thought she was to busy to hear my problem. I persevered. She initially denied that she could see my mother's file on her records and then admitted she was 'inactivated'. She told me to use the website. An online website appointment request was subsequently rejected because she is 'inactive'. After 48 attempts, on and off, during the day, finally the phone number was not engaged and I got to speak to a receptionist. She said she did not know how to work the computer and could not reactivate the file. She told me to call back in the morning. So, I am calling back in the morning. I have been on hold for 1h and 32 minutes!! My mother has skin sores where the exudate is seeping through her clothes and she has a urine infection. She urgently needs a district nurse and antibiotics and the family would sincerely like to avoid her immune system being overwhelmed by these currently minor infections, spreading to her blood, resulting in hospitalisation, which is a real risk as her cancer treatment supresses her immune system. In the meantime, I have tired to re-register her. I have received a message asking for a photo to be emailed to the practice, which should include a picture of her face, her passport ID and a proof of address. There are no details of what will be accepted as proof of address and as she is in an elderly care setting she has no utility bills etc. We are also reliant on staff members at her setting to take the photo and email this to me so I can email it to the practice. I have spent around 5 hours to far and have not yet managed to secure an appointment - wish me luck (and my mother, who is getting sicker by the hour)!

The service is so bad. Made us wait.over an hour with no update and Doctor apparently went into a meeting but did not tell the receptionist. There was number of patient just waiting with no update.

No care for peoples time.or their wellbeing.

Finally got to see the doctor and she said she would send the prescription to the pharmacy and for us to collect in the afternoon.
Went to the pharmacy and noting has been sent.

Thus practice used to be one of the best.in woking

Extremely poor run surgery Reception staff don't answer calls once was on hold for half hour and was first in the queue. When they do answer they have unfriendly tone as if they are doing you a favour and tel you to use online system there is no law that we must use that sytem so stop forcing us. When asking for appointment with GP they give you appointment with nurses or paramedics then you have to go back and get appointment changed again we have a right to choose who we wish to see. They hardly have any gp's at this surgerie asked for appointment was told nathing for next four weeks and to call back for appointment. Some gp are very unfriendly and won't even let you explain the full problem and just interrupte as they want to get rid of you asap plus you have to demand a face to face appointment that should not be the case. After very long time with this surgerie i have now left had enough of extramly poor service.

The customer service is brilliant thus practice has given me immense support during some very difficult years. The receptionists are very caring and offer great assistance and Dr Perera has been so supportive offering the best advice and treatment and always spends time listening. Thank you to all.

Getting worse, this used to be a great practice, but it's going down hill, I was sent a txt saying the practice hadadee an appointment at goldsworth park, when I get there I'm told it was York house, so I went over there, when I got there I was told the person I was seeing knew I was there, 50 min later, I'm told it should have been a phone consultation and as I went to the wrong surgery he did not have the to see me, and would ring later, so blaming me for there mistake for an appointment they made

Dreadful care and medical provision. Some admin staff totally lacking in care. Restricting access to see GPs at their whim. Paramedic and nurse consults very good, but GP ignore
the paramedic recommendations meaning significant delay in making specialist referrals. Treat patients in condensing manner and do not listen.
Shameful and inequitable service. A Failing practice. If you have a choice, register elsewhere.

STAY AWAY if you can. This hands down is the worst GP practice I have ever had to deal with. The doctors are fine, but trying to even speak to them takes over a month. Whoever manages the appointment system and the overall operations of this practice, does not deserve to have a job. They are shockingly inefficient, callous and insensitive. You try calling them they will keep you on hold for 30 minutes. After which they will take a lot of details from you and THEN just ask you to go and register online. Then wait for another 2 weeks to get a reply, and then they give a phone call after 4 weeks !! This has happened multiple times. My wife literally to beg them every month to make sure that critical medicines are prescribed on time. It is shockingly bad. This is from someone who has lived in London his whole life and have used many very busy GP practices without any of these problems. The NHS or any other regulatory body is duty bound to make things right in this really badly run practice or appoint a whole new team

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff are practically all beyond incompetent and are either unable, unwilling or both to actually assist you. You simply cannot get an appointment with a doctor for love nor money, and are simply left to suffer. Follow up appointments are regularly forgotten by doctors and staff, and when you question what has gone wrong, you’re accused of lying:
