Absolutely shocking service. I’d give it 0 stars solely for the majority of the GP’s. Their lack of organisation is appalling. If you manage to get an appointment, you won’t need to worry about turning up on time, as from previous experience they’re usually running 45 minutes late, despite only being open for 1 hour. From the looks of it even the receptionists aren’t happy with how slow the GP’s are working, as unfortunately the receptionists will have to deal with the upset patients who are best off booking half a days holiday out of work just to attend an appointment; the waiting time is that much of a joke! Definitely looking to move practices’. Only positive thing to note is the receptionists are usually friendly over the phone and the pharmacists are always pleasant and helpful too.

Agree with most reviews on here. Should be 0 not even a 1star. Phones very rarely answered in an acceptable time frame, appointments almost non existent. Don’t usually leave reviews but last week was told by a rude/ unhelpful receptionist that they have no more flu vaccinations at all this year! Today strangely enough I have been given an appointment!! Rest assured I will be putting in an official complaint

Doctors are fab here , never had an issue with them , the receptionists on the other hand ( not all , a few are nice ) are awful and need further customer service training , was made to feel silly the other week , was sniggering at the fact I was wanting to make an appointment regarding readings of abnormal heartbeat on my watch , spoke to the doctors and realised I had Infact made the right decision making an appointment as I now have to have tests done . They need knocking down a peg or 2 ,every person that was walking out of reception that day was frustrated with the receptionist.

I wouldn’t recommend this surgery mainly for the ability to actually get through and book an appointment. It takes nearly three minutes to get past the info chat at the beginning before you can start to select your options. When you select for an appointment you’re put on hold (which I have no issue with) and you are given an expected call wait time. I was told 5 minutes wait and then it soon changed to 1 minute. The 1 minute update went on for 18 minutes…..to which the phone answered and then no one spoke and the phone went dead. So after all that waiting I never got though. I have to re call and go through the whole process to hope I actually get through to someone. This is not the first time but happens every time and I appreciate they are busy and have no issue waiting but the service only seems to be getting worse not better. I will be moving doctors which is a shame as it looks to be a fantastic facility if you can ever get through and get an appointment.

Ongoing demise of the practice, impacting patients through inability to get through to main appts line, waiting for 35 min with auto que saying I have 1 min wait and still no answer, and cannot get through to results line either. Failing customer service and lack of appts, exceptionally poor set-up!!

Tried calling and was in the queue. 1 min left which lasted 15 mins to be cut off with no ability to get back in the queue. Haven't tried for 5 years but judging by the reviews a whole review into the practice is needed. Isn't serving its purpose.

Sent here as an alternative to my own GP due to no appointments. I found it very slick, organised, professional and caring. Receptionists and GP very approachable and helpful. Chemist staff efficient and friendly. Quite surprised to read the very negative reviews! For me, a very positive experience and no faffing about. Thank you

Absolutely diabolical service, pathetic receptionists who couldnt pass the 11 plus. I cant remember the last time i saw a doctor and it takes 6 weeks to have a phone consultation. I would prefer to give them a zero star for incompitance.
