Absolutely disgusted with Dr Shaffi and his "diagnosis". He has now misdiagnosed twice, once for my husband and the other for my newborn son. After seeing doctor Shaffi For my newborn son, i was not satisfied as I just knew he had completely given us the wrong information and misdiagnosed him. I then went to a&e at the LRI and waited to see a doctor there. Guess what, complete different medical diagnosis and even the doctor at the hospital was concerned about Dr Shaffis medical advise. I thank god that I did not listen to Dr Shaffi and took a second opinion because his advise would have caused further problems. I will be changing surgery and I will also advise you do the same if you have joined, if not, then don't bother and look at other surgeries around Leicester.

This guys are jokes! Please believe me! Clowns at the circus! Miss diagnose multiple times, my gf health state was detoriering fast while we was waiting for the doctor response. And the reception staff are horrible especially Agnetta.

Personally me and my family have never had any issues with Dr Shafi or his wonderful team of receptionists, nurses and doctors! We are always able to get an appointment when we need one and the receptionists always do their very best to help or point is in the right direction of other services available. I would definitely recommend.

Worst doctors i have ever been to doesn't even deserve 1 star. Receptionists are incompetent and try to send you to A&E when it's a recurring illness that needs to be seen by the doctor. They give wrong information all the time or don't give you vital information that's important to your appointment. There's no communication between each surgery. Doctors will not listen to you half the time, they shouldn't be allowed to practice on stuffed toys let alone people. The one and only good thing is the nurse, she is very caring and helpful. She is too good for that place. I'll be changing doctors ASAP.

Surgery don't take mental health seriously, provide misinformation and have no empathy towards patients

The worst doctor i’ve ever had , especially the receptionist. She always wanted to tell me what to do instead of the doctor and the doc didn’t even wanted to give me any appointment.
Very sad i have this dictor.
