Ferry Road Health Centre

I highly rate the service and treatment I get from the staff at this surgery. For me this is a very caring practice. Gaining an appointment can be a trial but the app does help with this. It's just a shame that all practices seem to have to operate this system. I can't praise these staff enough.

Terrible to make an appointment...phone at 8.30 in the morning and its continuously engaged, when I finally get through there are no appointments. Go to the surgery and they say I need to phone from 8.30 in the morning!! Very frustrating

I v always thought this a good surgery lovely staff but since after lock down iv been trying to get appointment when I do get through they say ring at 8 30 I tried the last few months now and the phone is always engaged ,plus we used to be td when new dr arrived or one of dr left we dont get that now so I'm a bit disappointed understand they get busy but some one could pick up the phone

Excellent, most accommodating, friendly and efficient service from all at the practice.

Sometimes the Doctors at this surgery listen to your problems, but at most they don't take you seriously at all. They make you feel small and unintelligent. 'Had to deal with Transphobia, inappropriate questions and dismissal multiple times.
I should hope nobody else will ever have to hear 'well, what do you want me to do about it?' when experiencing a mental health crisis.
