Rowcroft Medical Centre

Recently started attending this practice. The car parking situation is a bit annoying. I usually park in multi storey and walk accross. Reception is busy all the time but they are still very helpful.
The drs and nurses i have seen so far have all been very nice and ive already seen a few. There is a good text reminder system and they let you know about your test results and if you need more. (My last surgery did not do this) They seem to be more converned about you as a person. I like this surgery and the staff are always good. They seem to have alot of different departments and drop in clinics too. Overall very good.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful and you can always get an appointment the same day if really needed. Car park does get crowded but it’s like that in most places these days. Excellent doctors.

Best doctor surgery in Stroud for me. They've helped me out from illnesses to mental health and I'm so grateful for the friendly reception staff and all the nurses and doctors on site. Very good with calling you back if you ask the reception staff to ask a doctor to call you back and explain your symptoms to them.....usually will contact you within 2hrs. Very helpful service to know during this crisis at the moment, especially for minor illnesses.

It doesn't matter what doctor you get, they are all kind, caring, listen well and whatever you have gone in to discuss, you will leave feeling lighter and if your problem is not solved on the spot, there will be a solution. The reception staff are great too and it is easy to get an appointment.

Worst Medical Practice in the UK. Incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly administration staff. Emails aren’t responded to so don’t bother sending them. I highly recommend avoiding this practice.

Excellent doctors - knowledgeable, constructive and kind. Very helpful reception and admin staff. Having experienced other GP practices for family members, I very much appreciate having Rowcroft as our practice.
