Was very impressed at getting an appointment the same day as requested as I was feeling really poorly. Also like the new online booking service. I don’t use the doctors very often but this system I feel will be useful for non emergencies

Have had multiple failings with both Heathview and Wilnecote surgery (both under the same Group)

Rude and belligerent. That's the same for doctors, the consultants and the receptionists. Have had swab tests not recorded, been accused of lying when stating the tests did occur, and had letters from A&E asking to refer me to the hospital not followed up on until I called asking what was happening with it.

After suffering with an ailment that many of the consultants and doctors have tried to wash their hands of and claim 'there's nothing we can do for you', I am no closer to being out of this pain or understanding my condition.

Would never recommend any of the surgeries under this Group, not if you want to be treated like a human being.
