Dr E Sellars - The Peel Medical Practice

I was lucky enough to become a patient of this practice over year ago, had to leave my old practice, due to becoming member of staff.

Todate, I have only experienced exceptional service, from Reception, Reception on the phone, ladies who take my blood. They are lovely and helpful. I know high levels of calls can cause problems, shortage of staff etc. Other duties expected, especially with Covid, but have only witnessed calm, professional, friendly staff.

I am not into pitting practices against each other, each have own problems, high demands etc., but the best thing about taking job at my old practice, was joining the patient list at the Peel, Thank you for excepting me, todate 100% + everytime, so far.

I had a appointment today with Tracey for a blood test, absolutely outstanding! Very friendly, was putting me at ease and extremely brilliant at taking blood... Didn't feel a thing. An absolute credit to the surgery, thank you so much. X
