Never answer the phone to get an appointment receptionist rude

Just moved in to the area and they are the worst not explaining things properly, passing us from window to window. My pregnant wife was treated rudely, they are not helpful. Toilets out of order, it is all run down. Shameful

As a follow on experience...it doesn't get better!

My 2 year old caught my chest infection which has previously made me very ill a week before. I took him to Family Practice in Wilnecote and explained I had a very infectious infection and many work friends have been very ill with it taking weeks off work.

We were told he has an infection but because it's not crippling him they told us to give him paracetamol.

A few days on my son is really ill and it's pointless going to the GP. They have an attitude and lack of caring.

They want to ignore your comments as they think they are above us. I feel they just get paid for telling you to take paracetamol. It's a joke.

If they don't like what they do then they should get another job where they don't have a responsibility of care.

Doctor Sam is possibly the nicest doctor I have had. Very understanding and helpful she has helped me through a difficult time.
