I was preparing my dinner and unintentionally cut one of my right forefinger. It was quite deep and bloody, I was panic because it was almost 9 p.m. Luckily, it was still open and one clinician approached me and asked whether I was ok. He treated me well and professionally, the most interesting part was I did pay nothing since he said it was only a minor injury. Hadn't I gone there, my forefinger would have worsen. Paid 150 GBP for a test-to-release, but never got a test result or certificate. Due to an error in their online form for not accepting foreign postcodes as a residence address I was unable to complete the form. Customer service extremely unhelpful and rude. Feels like a scam to me, many reviews on Trustpilot confirm this. Can't believe this company is on the governments list of verified test-locations. Please stay away from this company if you're looking to get a private COVID test done. They're making money over the backs of hard working people during a pandemic.
