The reception staff are always welcoming, helpful and always seem happy and friendly to book me in for appointments. Doctors are very friendly and helpful.

I'm new to this practice but so far I have been very happy with the standard of care. The GP (Dr Reena) I have been lucky to see has been excellent, conscientious and empathetic. It was easy to register, organise and reschedule visits, do blood tests on site and I experienced no waiting times or rude staff which tends to be the norm at many other practices. Please keep up the good work!

Reception staff huff and puff with attitude when they have to do anything or asked a question. they put the phone down whilst your still talking to them no one seems very helpful. They make assumptions of patients which they nothing about and also talk down to patients like there better than them probably the worst go I have ever been to

Probably the best service I’ve had from a GP. Nurse Fatima and Dr Basheer always go the extra mile and take you seriously.

Changed GP looking for better care, they looked really kind and professional but with way too many cancelled wrongly booked appoitnemtns (including hospital as well in their surgery) I call it a quit. Moving back to previous surgery, made a terrible mistake. 4 cancelled appointments/wrongly booked and repeted for 2-3 times each during 4 months. At first reception staff told me it is not happening and I had no luck. With 2 more during last 7 days, I think it is not my bad luck but unprofessional care.

Was very pleased with the doctor when I interacted with her which is why this is 2 stars rather than one. The reception are polite but robotic (think “computer says no.”) I needed a Covid certification letter to travel to a family engagement, requested it 7 business days in advance, and was told it would take 4 weeks to process (one sentence, with a signature). Computer said no to anything faster. Clearly overwhelmed and unprepared for these kind of requests which shouldn’t be coming as a surprise in these times. Also no appointments available in the next 3 weeks which is ridiculous.

Edit: switched surgeries and got the letter in two business days. It’s nice this surgery can hire someone to urgently handle their bad PR/complaints. Maybe the money would be better spent addressing patient needs so there’s not a 4-week backlog for letters.

Don't ever have a medical emergency. I have been calling in the morning for over a week and the phone doesn't even ring, in the end had to call 111.

Reply: no cause I have a log of 12 calls at 8am with no answers. I'm not been bad it's just facts
