Phoned to book appointment was told only emergency appointment just now not taking appointment until 8:30am I said what time is just now was told 08:28 phoned back at 8:30 the line was engaged for over 30 minutes I eventually got the ring tone kept ringing for 36 minutes still no one picked it up I then got in my car with the phone still calling the medical centre I Showed the receptionist the phone still calling them to be told I feel you frustration Then get told no appointment left for today I have telephone consultation for tomorrow you can have I said I want to see a doctor not speak with one on the phone . This is the new procedure they call you and decide if they need to see you in person no wonder the hospitals are over burdened with people turning up to be seen by a doctor The GPS need start seeing patients again The waiting room had not one person in it

This Gp is just a joke,I doubt if other GPS are like this one,I called in January for the removal of my implant then waited to speak with the nurse which I did on second or third of feb and until today April the 4th am still waiting.
So very fed up to be honest,guess I will just have to take my kitchen knife and chop it out myself.Am absolutely fed up especially after endless calls with no help whatsoever apart from being told "you're on the waiting list" is really frustrating and unacceptable!
Something need to be done cause it's a pure joke!

I come from a bad experience at my previous health centre and I'm absolutely delighted with the doctors and the staff here. Always kind and helpful. I find they also work well in a team, as when a younger doctor couldn't assist himself, asked for an older gp's support and solved it all. Thank you to the team 🌈

Shocking wait for calls to be answered GPS still not seeing patients face to face without telephone consultation first one member of reception staff requires a communication training course. Since levenside bought another practice it has become far to big for the number of Dr's available. The pandemic is being used to introduce a service and it certainly isn't for the patients benefit big business with little care sad times for NHS patients
